Started on Tuesady, 30th August (after Bank Holiday Monday after my Mum's gone back to Ukraine after I was babbling about it in front of my dearest husband and girls in the office - so no chance of not starting). 12st 5lb!!
So. Bacon (dead-dead crispy), egg (poached), mushrooms (fried) instead of muslie&toast, peppermint tea instead of white coffee, cheese&olives&peppers instead of HobNobs, water, water, water, water, water...
No leftover rice pudding/chips/casserole/aplles - straight in the bin from my baba's plate.
Felt horrible, background headache, messed up my driving lesson (well of course it was my instructor's fault but he would not admit and blamed my lack of concentration).
All night dreams about big mug of coffee and above mentioned HobNobs.
Yesterday put aubergines, courgettes, mushrooms, cnicken, garlic and tin of tomatoes all in one pot and put it in the oven. Not sure about carbs count, but it was delicious after bacon etc.
And today - 2nd September - look at this - 12st 3lb!
Made apple crumble for my darlings (baba did not eat it) - just to test my willpower. Willpower's OK.
